Volunteer, Watch the US Open & Support Greater DC Cares!
Join Greater DC Cares for a unique volunteer opportunity at the 2011 US Open at Congressional Country Club, in Bethesda, MD. Participating volunteers will help us continue to provide services to over 800 nonprofits in our region by preparing and selling concessions at food and beverage tents at the tournament. A portion of the proceeds raised will help support Greater DC Cares in our year round efforts of building the capacity of our nonprofit partners. Volunteers must be 15 years of age or older.
Each volunteer will receive a meal during their shift, complimentary parking and have the opportunity to watch the golf tournament before and after their shift. So join us at the US Open and help Greater DC Cares raise much needed funds for our programs and services. We’ll see you at the tournament!
